About Cassie Frazee

Hi! I'm Cassie Frazee, Broker/Owner of The Shore Real Estate Group, proud wife to my husband Josh, and mom to our three amazing daughters—Ella, Nora, and Layla. As a lifelong Southwest Michigan resident, I'm passionate about serving the community I call home and helping others achieve their real estate goals.

I officially entered the real estate industry in 2018 after spending 11 years in the banking industry as a Compliance Officer at New Buffalo Savings Bank. My background in compliance, organization, and leadership has given me a strong foundation that I now use every day to serve my clients, support my agents, and continue building a brokerage centered on integrity, relationships, and exceptional service.

Today, I'm the Broker/Owner of The Shore Real Estate Group, where I have the privilege of leading an incredible team of dedicated real estate professionals. I'm also a Certified Real Estate Coach with Workman Success Systems, and I truly enjoy helping agents grow their businesses, reach their goals, and build lasting careers in real estate.

I'm a graduate of Lake Michigan College and Central Michigan University, a 2025 graduate of the Lake Michigan College Leadership Accelerator Program, and a member of the National Society of Leadership & Success. Outside of real estate, I proudly serve as President of the Hollywood Elementary PTO and as a member of the Lincoln Charter Township Planning Commission. Giving back to my community has always been important to me, and I love being involved in organizations that help make Southwest Michigan such a wonderful place to live and raise a family.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my family and friends, shopping, decorating, staging homes, or enjoying a country concert. I'm a proud Michigan Wolverines fan, Green Bay Packers fan, and lifelong Chicago Cubs fan. One of my favorite places in the world is Wrigley Field, where you'll likely find me with a cold beer, a bag of peanuts, and a huge smile. And of course, no day is complete without spending time with my French Bulldog, Maizee.
